At Bikini Rave, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident in your vibe. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your options when shopping at bikinirave.com.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygienic liners attached.
- Swimwear that shows signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.
- Final Sale items, gift cards, and promotional giveaways are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@bikinirave.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship your item(s) back in secure packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the item you want to ensure availability, and returning the original item for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@bikinirave.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or card account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
