Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygienic liners attached.
  • Swimwear that shows signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Final Sale items, gift cards, and promotional giveaways are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@bikinirave.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship your item(s) back in secure packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the item you want to ensure availability, and returning the original item for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@bikinirave.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or card account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@bikinirave.com.
